We worked with a start-up business based in Lincolnshire specialising in the import of dry goods from East Asia, helping to create a strong and consistent brand presence across both digital and physical touchpoints. As an early-stage company entering the market, they needed more than just a website — they needed a full visual identity and a joined-up set of marketing materials that would help them launch professionally and build credibility from the outset. Our role covered a broad range of creative, digital and marketing services, from brand development and e-commerce through to CRM support and outbound communications.

A key part of the project was the design and build of a bespoke e-commerce platform that gave the business a practical and scalable way to sell its products online. We also provided hosting and ongoing support to ensure the site remained reliable, secure and easy to manage. Product stock was controlled through a CSV upload process, allowing the client to update inventory efficiently and keep the online catalogue current without unnecessary complexity. This created a straightforward system that was simple to maintain while still presenting the product range in a clear and professional way.
Our work

A joined-up launch platform that combined e-commerce, branding, marketing collateral and digital support into one coherent system.

Alongside the website, we developed the brand identity and created a wide range of supporting materials to help the business establish itself in the market. This included exhibition graphics, social media posts, video content, presentations, catalogues, brochures, branded packaging and apron apparel, all designed to create a consistent and recognisable brand experience across multiple customer touchpoints. These materials helped the business present itself professionally both online and in person.

To support the business beyond launch, we also provided CRM support and outbound communication management using Mailchimp, helping the client stay connected with customers and build awareness over time. The overall result was a joined-up launch platform that combined e-commerce, branding, marketing collateral and digital support into one coherent system, giving the business a strong foundation for growth and a professional presence from day one.

Federation Design’s strategic HubSpot integration empowered G4HI to quadruple work volume without increasing headcount, transforming their digital infrastructure into a market-leading growth engine. This partnership provided crucial industry intelligence and technical agility, streamlining workflows and enabling massive, efficient scaling.
