Launching a new service is not just about having expertise — it is about creating the right platform, message, and user journey to bring that offer to market effectively. For this client, the challenge was to introduce a highly specialist service in a way that felt clear, credible, and easy for potential clients to act on.
A client came to us looking to launch a new specialist service, but there was one major issue: there was no real route to market in place.
They are a personal trainer who specialises in working with older people living with neurological conditions, including motor neuron diseases. It was a highly specialist offering with a clear audience and a clear value, but at the time there was no dedicated digital presence to support it. Potential clients had no straightforward way to discover the service, understand what made it different, or take the next step towards booking a consultation or appointment.
There was also a branding challenge.
Although this new service sat within the client’s wider expertise, it needed a degree of separation from the existing business. It required its own identity so that it could be positioned clearly and confidently for a specific audience, without being lost within the broader brand.
The challenge, then, was not simply to build a page. It was to create a small, simple, easy-to-manage launch platform that would introduce the new offering properly, build trust with users, and make it easy for them to act.
Our goal was to create a focused landing page that was quick to build, simple to manage, and designed around clear calls to action.
Alongside that, we developed a distinct brand identity for the new offering, giving it the separation it needed from the client’s existing business while still reflecting the professionalism and care behind the service. This helped position the offer as something intentional and credible in its own right.
For the landing page itself, we focused on clarity and reassurance. The page was structured to explain the service in a straightforward way, supported by strong calls to action and client testimonials to help build confidence among prospective users. Because the audience was likely to be seeking trust and reassurance as much as information, that balance was an important part of the build.
Using the Divi visual builder within WordPress, we were able to design, build, and launch the page efficiently, while also making it easy for the client to manage moving forward. The page was then linked directly to a calendar booking form, giving users a simple route to book a “get to know you” session online.
The finished result gave the client exactly what they had been missing: a clear and credible route to market for this new specialist offering.
They now had a dedicated branded landing page that introduced the service properly, built trust through testimonial-led reassurance, and created a direct path for users to book an introductory session.
What had previously been just a new idea within the business became a distinct and accessible service with its own identity, its own digital presence, and its own conversion journey.
It is a good example of how even a relatively simple build can have a meaningful business impact when it is approached in the right way. By combining light-touch branding, clear messaging, and a practical booking journey, we were able to turn a new specialist offer into something ready to launch and ready to grow.
