We also implemented a CRM system to bring more structure, visibility and efficiency to the way the business managed leads, workflow and communication. Using HubSpot, we developed a more granular attribution model so the client could better understand which marketing activity was generating leads, clients and return on investment. We also created buyer personas based on their existing customer base, allowing communications to become more tailored and relevant across different audience types.
Alongside the digital and CRM work, we produced a range of offline marketing materials including brochures, print collateral and signage, helping Landmark present itself consistently across both physical and digital touchpoints. The result was a joined-up set of projects that strengthened the brand, improved internal processes, and gave the business a more effective platform for future growth.
We have worked with Steve / Federation Design for over 5 years from first creating our website and then over the years we have continued to make improvements and upgrades.
Steve has been very good with his design style and easy to work with.
He always helps us create the perfect webpages that we are looking for and also understands our business which is key.
A certified HubSpot partner brings both platform knowledge and implementation experience. That means you get more than just technical setup — you get support with structure, process design, automation, reporting, integration, and long-term optimisation.
Branding is more than just your logo — it is the overall identity of your business and how people recognise, remember and connect with you. It includes your visual style, tone of voice, messaging and the impression you leave on customers. Strong branding helps build trust, makes your business more memorable, and sets you apart from competitors.
Mobile-first web design is an approach where a website is designed for mobile devices before being adapted for larger screens like tablets and desktops. This helps ensure the site works well for the way most people browse today, with clear navigation, faster loading, and a smoother experience on smaller screens. It often leads to better usability, stronger engagement and improved performance overall.
